Recharge 

As gamers, we know the risks of letting your HP drop too low. (You don’t want to stop in the midst of battle to eat 27 cheese wheels, do you?) That’s why we have an especially generous holiday policy.

The longer you work at Altagram, the more time off you get—up to 34 days in total at our Berlin office! Our other locations also have generous vacation policies tailored to local regulations.

Work Where You Want

We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we give everyone the freedom to work where they work best. We all work in our Berlin office twice a week, to keep the team dynamic going strong. The rest of the time, you can work from home or in the office—whatever floats your boat.

You can also work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days, so you don’t have to choose between your job and your sense of adventure. Don’t want to move to Berlin? We have remote positions, too! 

Connect With Your Squad

Casual chats by the coffee machine? Absolutely – we love a good cup of coffee! But beyond that, we’re all about building real connections and teamwork that feels more like a great co-op session. From cozy holiday parties to offsite adventures abroad, you’ll have plenty of chances to hang with your teammates. We also have a beautiful garden right in the heart of Treptower Park in Berlin, where we can relax, enjoy the outdoors, and even hold meetings when the weather's nice. It’s truly unique! 
 
And of course, we’ve got a gaming room packed with all your go-to consoles, where we kick back, team up, and have a blast—whether it's going head-to-head in darts, jumping into an epic gaming sesh, or even belting out tunes at a karaoke session! It's where we unwind and have a good time as a squad.

Learn while you work 

We want your journey here to start off on the right foot, so for your first two months, you’ll be paired with a buddy.
They’ll help you get settled in, check in with you regularly, and be the go-to person for any questions—no matter how big or small. Think of them as your co-op partner for your first quests on the job.  
To keep the learning and collaboration rolling, we also host biweekly Train & Learn sessions, where different departments share what they’re working on. It’s a chance to peek behind the curtain, see what’s happening across the company, and maybe even learn a few new tricks.
